I am sorry for the lack of posts over the last year or so! A lot has happened that has kept me from blogging, but I am ready to get started again. First, I got married in December 2014, and we moved into a new house in June.
At school, we have also gone through many changes. This is now our 3rd year as a Leader in Me School. Our entire staff had Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People training, and the full Leader in Me training. To learn more go to www.leaderinme.org. I have also been doing a lot of research on Growth Mindset, Executive Functioning, Stress Free Environments, and technology integration and I can't wait to tell you all about it. I will be posting on a new blog at www.edusisters.com. I have a twin sister who is a former 4th grade teacher, Library Media Specialist, reading teacher, and Technology Specialist. We have decided to join forces and write a blog together so that we can offer more frequent and diverse posts that will appeal to teachers, counselors, media specialists, parents, and anyone working with kids.
